15 years experience in emerging markets banking, including corporate and project finance, business development, project and team management, client relationship with a focus on natural resources, renewable power and mining sectors. Proven track record (> 40 transactions in Central and Eastern Europe) of project life cycle development and implementation, including project origination, structuring, execution, implementation, policy dialogue, donor financing and monitoring.  

EBRD experience: 

• leads structuring, negotiations and execution of transactions in natural resource sector;
• acts as a regional coordinator of Natural Resource banking team in Ukraine and Moldova while being responsible for marketing, business/pipeline development, client management, and critical screening of project proposals
• supports policy dialogue with Ukrainian, Moldovan and Bulgarian authorities and industry associations in the following initiatives (national level): Energy Crisis Response, Hydrogen, Energy Exchange, Just Transition and Critical Raw Materials, including geological data digitalisation and development of Low Carbon Roadmap for mining sector.
