Nikola Kjurchiski is a Territory Manager at WEIR Minerals for the Balkans with offices in Belgrade, Serbia, managing the WEIR’s operations and sales for the following countries: Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Montenegro and Albania. He is a resource economist with more than 7 years of experience in the energy and mining industry as well as in the researching and writing about resource economies, commodity markets and minerals/energy sector companies. Nikola also serves as an Ambassador's Club member at Macedonia2025 organization.
In his previous roles Nikola worked as a Senior Research Fellow at the Center for Resource Economics affiliated to the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) in Moscow and as a consultant on minerals and energy projects mostly related to minerals extraction policies, commodity price volatility and worldwide practices of oil companies restructuring and IPO preparation. He is a British Petroleum Ph.D. candidate in Political Science that holds MA in change management and international business from RANEPA and BSc in Computer Science from the American University in Europe – FON.
