Luka Lopičić is a partner at law firm Moravčević Vojnović and Partners in cooperation with Schoenherr, where he co-heads the Corporate/M&A practice and is also a member of the Projects practice group. Luka is currently advising an international mining company in their copper exploration project in the Bor basin region. He previously advised RTB Bor and the Serbian Ministry of Finance on EUR 180 million state-backed financing of the new smelter and a sulfuric acid factory and New Europe Capital and Darby Overseas Investment (private equity arm of Franklin Templeton Investments) on the financing and acquisition of the copper processing company Valjaonica Bakra Sevojno. Luka is a graduate of Harvard Law School (LL.M. 2010) and University of Belgrade (LL.B. 2007).
